The Institute for Corporate and Capital Markets Law is a scientific institution at Bucerius Law School – Hochschule für Rechtswissenschaft.

The Institute for Corporate and Capital Markets Law shall stimulate the national and international discussion in the areas of corporate and capital markets law.

It focuses on the following areas::

  • Financial Markets and Corporate Finance (including VC)
  • Corporate Governance
  • Compliance

References to European law, the relevance of self-regulation and aspects of capital markets supervision are being considered.
