Christian Wilde Rememberance
The existence of our university is owed not least his great personal commitment. Christian Wilde, who died at the age of 64 in 2004, had a friendly relationship to many students, professors and the university itself.
In his honour the University and the ICCML hold the Christian Wilde Commemoration Lecture.
Dr. Andreas Rittstieg talked about “The advisory, supervisory and adminstrative board of family companies“.
Professor Dr. Hoffmann-Becking talked about the independence of the supervisory board.
The 1st Christian Wilde Rememberance Lecture focused on current trends in European take over law.
