The 11th ICCML Lecture discussed “The development of corporate governance via codes and by legislation”.

The 10th ICCML Lecture was conducted under the title “Mastering the Financial Crisis in Austria and Switzerland”.

Prof. Conac (Luxembourg) talked about “Mastering the Financial Crisis – The French Approach”.

The 8th ICCML Lecture dealt with Corporate governance reforms in permanence.

On the 7th lecture evening of the institute, the challenges of the current financial market crisis were discussed.
 

The 3rd ICCML Forum dealt with the Challenges for European Capital Marktes Law in the next Decade.

The 6th ICCML Lecutre discussed current issues regarding Corporate Compliance.
 

The 5th ICCML Lecture discussed the “Competition of Jurisdictions in the United States and Europe”.

Prof. Huber (Munich) and Dr. Wolfers (Freshfields) discussed the quest for restructuring state-owned banks.
 

The 3rd ICCML Lecutre discussed the question “Societas Europaea and Societas Privata Europaea – Chimaera or opportunity?”.

The 2nd ICCML Forum dealt with “Takeover Law in Academia and Practice”.
